1. The Summit

Start Better Wellness Today is a free, five-day online summit taking place December 7–11, 2026. Registration is free. Session access details are sent by email. We may adjust the schedule, session order, or speaker lineup when needed.

2. Educational Purposes Only

All summit content is for general education and information only. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional, or other professional advice, and it does not create a practitioner-client relationship. Do not use summit content to diagnose or treat any condition. Always talk with a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, supplements, medications, exercise, or treatment. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you heard at the summit.

3. Speakers and Third-Party Offers

Speakers share their own views, experience, and recommendations, which do not necessarily reflect ours. Free gifts, resources, programs, and offers from speakers are provided by those speakers, and their own terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services.

4. VIP All-Access Pass

• The VIP All-Access Pass is a one-time payment of $49 USD, processed securely by Stripe.
• VIP access opens December 7, 2026, and is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout.
• VIP benefits, including the gifts, discounts, and vouchers listed on the offer page, are subject to the terms of the partner providing each one.
• Your pass is for your personal use only. Do not share your login or access links.

5. Refunds

Because the VIP All-Access Pass is a digital product, purchases are final once access has been delivered. If you were charged in error or cannot access your VIP content, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property

All summit recordings, materials, branding, and website content belong to us, our speakers, or our licensors. You may watch and use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not record, copy, download (unless a download is offered), resell, or redistribute any summit content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or summit, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, sharing paid access, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these Terms.

8. Affiliate Links

Some speakers and partners earn a commission when someone purchases through their referral link. This does not change the price you pay.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The summit and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any particular results, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eating Protein Saves Lives Inc, its partners, and speakers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the summit or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a VIP purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website or summit after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
